Dear All

It that time of year again Friends of the Scala will be holding their AGM at the Scala on March 17th at 7pm, all are welcome to attend.
Attendance by committee members is advised but any apologies will have to be given in advance, in writing no later than Wednesday March 10th.
As there is a period of 28 days notice required for the AGM any recomendations for resolutions to change the constitution will also be needed before or no later than Wednesday March 10th. And any resolutions received to change the constitution after this date will not be included to the resolution to change the constitution this year.
Full reports from the Chair and Treasurer will be given and copies availible on request and at the AGM itself.
