To all Members

Friends of the Scala do try and save money by cutting costs of administration and postage etc, this means that only members that have frequented the last meeting will automatically receive the minutes of that meeting and the agenda for the next, although people might think that postage is not very expensive it mounts up when sending 30 plus usually oversized envolopes out we hope you understand this is only because we want as much of the monies we do raise to be put back into the building itself rather than go on costs like these. However those of you who do have internet access can read, download and print the minutes online from our forums on the website. its quick and simple to do just log on to www.prestatyn-scala.info and access them.

If you or anyone you know who wants to receive the minutes why not come along to the meetings, alternativly we will under special circumstances try to deliver or post them to you on request, either email danivon@btinternet.com or write to Daniel Graham secretary friends of the scala c/o 5 bangor crescent, Prestatyn, Denbighshire, LL19 8EN
