Friends of the Scala will once again meet for their AGM on Thursday 7th April 2011 at 7pm in the meeting rooms at the Scala everyone is welcome to attend.
Attendance by committee members is advised but any apologies should be given in advance in writing to the Secretary no later than 31st March 2011 the address can be found on the contacts page of this site www.prestatyn-scala.info.

As there is a period of 28 days notice required for the AGM any recommendations to change the Constitution should also be sent in writing to the Secretary no later than the above date.
Note: any resolutions received after this date will not be included in this years Constitution and will be reviewed next AGM if your resolution is not received and included this year you will be informed in writing.

Full reports will be available from the Chair and Treasurer and copies available on request, at the AGM itself and Online here in the forums.
