Leader and Cabinet remain in place

Denbighshire's Leader and Cabinet remain in place after a motion to remove them failed to secure a majority in full Council.

In a secret ballot 22 councillors voted for the motion to remove the Leader and Cabinet and the same amount voted against the motion, with one abstention. Because the motion was not carried the status quo remains.
