First of all i would like to thank Sandra, Mel Bryn and Glenys for all there hard work getting ready for the carnival, also a big thanks to Gav and Baz (The storm troopers) for coming along and parading with us you looked great.

Everyone involved looked brilliant and worked hard even though the Wind and rain for the first part of the day were a problem many of the floats including ours got a bit battered but all carried on in true community/ Carnival spirit.  THANK YOU

Friends of the Scala for the Third year running won prizes, we got Third in the Mayors theme (recycling) and runner up in Best Adult Tableau and have a nice 25.00 cheque to bank for our efforts.
