My name is Daniel Graham i am 32 years old and work for DCC i started work with the council in Jan 1998 at the Scala and it became one of my favorite places even as a child it was well used by myself and my family. The scala became a bit of a obbsession with me and when it finnally closed its doors in December 2000 after showing its last Christmas film The Grinch i remember it well.
Since its closure and the setting up of Friends of the scala i have activly worked and supported and campaigned for the building to be rebuild/opened, becoming the groupd Secretary after the AGM in 2002 i have held this role ever since.
